Below is our complete shipping policy for coffee, merchandise, and all café products ordered through our website.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Coffee is roasted fresh and packed to ensure maximum flavour.

Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location.

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹ 1000

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote / Special Zones: 7–12 business days

These timelines are estimates. Delivery may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email, and

A tracking link to follow your package in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If undelivered after repeated attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Incorrect Shipping Details

9. Conditions for Fresh Coffee

Because coffee is roasted fresh:

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns for opened or used coffee packs.

10. International Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    Orders are typically delivered within 8–10 working days, depending on the destination.
  • Customs & Duties:
    Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are to be borne by the customer.
