The food that we serve always uses the freshest ingredients, that are not frozen and are minimally processed and pre-prepared.

Technically strong at the backend (in our sourcing and roasting), while remaining accessible and simple at the frontend (for our customers) - that's our guiding philosophy for the specialty coffee we serve and sell.
We believe a majority of our customers just want a great tasting cup of coffee, without being concerned about varietals, altitude and processing. That's probably why we are one of the most well known places in Bombay for coffee. However, we are always more than happy to discuss the technicalities of our roasts with our customers who are passionate about the subject. -

The breads, croissants and cakes that we bake are always in small batches to ensure you get to eat only freshly baked products. And similar to our food ingredients, the bake ingredients we use undergo minimal processing and pre-preparation.

Few things give me as much joy as seeing a new cafe managing to carve out its own space on the sheer dint of the quality of their produce. As it has been in the case of @boojeecafe in Bandra.
K and I had a lovely breakfast there once. My only ‘problem’ with the cafe is that one never got a place after that. That’s how overbooked they are. I recently went with our friend, Manoj, who is a regular there and had a lovely avocado toast with poached eggs while he had Turkish eggs. Followed by a very robust cortado.

Boojee was started as a tiny 15 seater outlet on Perry Cross Road by Rajdeep Singh in 2019. All he wanted to do was make delicious, clean ingredient sandwiches and fantastic coffee, and get people to come try his products in a relaxed, fun cafe environment.
Being a product-focused founder, Rajdeep (has) always believed that the product needs to speak for itself. And probably why once someone discovered Boojee (as a hidden gem), they became a customer for life.
Cut to 2023, Boojee is not a hidden gem anymore. With three Boojee Cafe outlets adjacent to each other on Perry Cross Road, and one Espresso Bar in Ranwar, Boojee is now a Bandra landmark where people from all walks of life and from all over Bombay come to enjoy a fun meal or coffee.
Receiving so much love from customers has only been possible due to a very strong product-focused, learning-focused and execution-focused team of amazing chefs, baristas, servers, managers, store-keepers and housekeeping team members.
